Smokey’s Bar-B-Que Whole Hog BBQ Cooking Class

Smokey’s Bar-B-Que is hosting a Whole Hog cooking class July 12th, this will be a hands on step by step prepping and cooking of a whole hog on a smoker and a hog whole front shoulder that we will cook kalua pork style in a La Caja China Box. First we will prep the pig and spend some time in the classroom going over everything whole hog, then we will place the pig on the smoker and go over fire management. Continental breakfast and lunch is included in the class.
