Trick or Treat for Little Kids. Event features store-to-store trick or treating with participating merchants. Hosted by the Roslyn Business and Activities Group. This activity aims to help mothers and fathers with toddlers and kids in strollers enjoy trick or treating in a contained easily traversed area.
