Kittitas Valley League of Women Voters Co-Host Census Forum – 2020 Census Less Than A Year Away

The Kittitas Valley League of Women Voters, the CWU James E. Brooks Library and the Ellensburg Public Library are co-hosting a forum about the 2020 Census. This second part (of a three-part series) will focus on the importance of student participation in the Census. The forum is free and open to the public. The goal of the series is to educate the community on what the 2020 Census is about, how it differs from past censuses, and potential implications for redistricting. The third and final program is scheduled for March 4, 2020 at the Hal Holmes Community Center. Census Day is set for Monday, April 1, 2020.
