Town Center Pre-Planning Gathering in Ellensburg

The City of Ellensburg is beginning the process to plan for future use of the Town Center located at the corner of 4th Avenue and Pearl Street in downtown. The city is purchasing the former Wells Fargo Bank drive-through and the Rotary Pavilion. Measuring approximately 24,500 square feet, this space located in the historic downtown is of a size to accommodate daily community gatherings as well as large events.

The City of Ellensburg wants to know what features you would like to see included in the planning of the future use of the Wells Fargo Bank/Rotary Pavilion. What design features would you like to see? Shade pavilion/stage, Games space, Play area, Multi-use lawn, Art installation, Seating areas, Public restrooms, Interactive water feature, Or….?
