The Governor’s Veterans Affairs Advisory Committee will be holding a Commander’s Call on Thursday, September 19 from 9:00 am – 1:00pm in Tacoma.
Veteran Service Organization Commanders and Leaders as well as veterans and community members are invited to participate in discussions about new or modified programs available at the Washington State Department of Veterans Affairs. In addition, they will focus on how members of Veteran Service Organizations can serve as ambassadors across Washington State helping ensure all veterans and families are connected to the benefits they earned through military service.
