Roslyn Coal Miners Festival & Parade
Roslyn Coal Miners Festival & Parade. Parade route travels through the Roslyn downtown district and up SR903. The coronation organizers line the front of the NWI Building with folding chairs. The ceremony includes speeches about the king and from the king, with local musicians performing songs paying homage to coal miners. After the coronation and while waiting for the parade, visit Roslyn Museum, just a block away from the NWI Building, to view their collection of coal mine artifacts, photographs, documents, newspaper clippings and memorabilia.

10am – Coronation of King Coal in front of the NWI Building at the Coal miners Memorial
11am – Parade lineup on 3rd Street
12pm – Grand Parade
