High Country Log Show
High Country Log Show Look for aggressive competition between loggers from throughout the region in events such as the Chokermans Race, Speed Climb, Firewood Chop, Power Saw Buck, Obstacle Pole Buck, Obstacle Choker Race along with the axe throw and wrapper toss. A top logger, Bull of the Woods, is named each year. Food and drink concessions, a beer garden and chainsaw raffle.
August 31-September 1
Location: Roslyn City Park, North 3rd St. and W. Arizona Ave.
Times: 8-10am contestant registration, 10:30am participant meeting, 11am pre-qualification rounds for the Ax Throw and Wrapper Toss. Main show starts at 1pm.
